Future Proposals

CCRSPI currently has committed funds through 2008-2009. In parallel with delivery of the 2008 to 2009 work program, there is also the opportunity to establish the coordination and communication functions as an enduring operational activity, based on a five to ten year plan for operations.

The CCRSPI partners will be discussing the future of the program during this funding year, in order to move beyond in principle support for full implementation of a body that can coordinate climate change research on behalf of its members.
